  • Planned and executed all phases of large-scale film, animation & video projects.
  • Wrote, directed, produced and edited "Trip to the Planetarium," an award-winning short film which combined HD live action with 2D animation that was screened at international film festivals.
  • Partnered with M1Studios LLC, a brand consulting firm, in creating a compelling proposal for PRADA to create a futuristic line and campaign that connected the fashion and space industries.

Production Coordinator / Floor Manager
Worked with Producer Bruce Weiss to facilitate two distinct projects. As Production Coordinator for "Memento," an industrial film shot in downtown New York City (directed by Tjebbo Penning). Allocated technical equipment, arranged travel, oversaw expenses and obtained permits. Also assisted with multi-camera shooting and editing for "Creating Wellness," a fitness / nutrition TV program. Key Achievements:

  • Exceeded expectations during "Creating Wellness," which led to the second, more complex project, "Memento" in 2003.
  • Provided support to the director of "Creating Wellness" by directing actors to the correct camera angle and assisting with instant editing processes.

EMBRASURE FILMS, INC., New York, NY and Bangladesh (2002 to 2003)

Producer, Editor and Videographer
Led and supervised scouting shoot for documentary and feature film on the beauties of Bengal. Managed three-week, cross-country shoot. Interfaced with Heads of State, politicians and other individuals. Served as Videographer and Editor for other media (short film and television) projects. Key Achievements:

  • Organized and participated in press conferences, facilitated meetings with VIPs and successfully garnered significant, positive press for the project in Bangladesh.
  • Served as Videographer for episodes one and two of "Ovibashee," a TV program for Bangladeshis living abroad.

Production Consultant / Assistant to the Producer
Initially selected by Producer Peter Rosen to serve as consultant on the artistic and historical accuracy of a pilot on Henry Geldzahler, the first curator of contemporary art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Proposed visual-audio edit that was implemented by the Producer; named in the documentary credits. After this project, assisted with six music videos for Eos Orchestra, Contemporary Opera.

Provided comprehensive support to Executive Producer Jeffrey Frankel at the office and on-set to assist in production of two commercials for major consumer product brands (Lipton and Always). Managed communications with the production team. Tracked finances and organized travel.
